We ship World-Wide. We ship via UPS to the 48 US Mainland States, and USPS to all other International and Overseas locations, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. To discuss overseas or international pricing and methods, contact .

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination, and combined shipping is cheaper than individual. Take advantage of combined shipping by purchasing everything you need at one time.

The automated shipping rates on our website are based on your zip code or location through the UPS and USPS servers. Some orders may require additional shipping costs, in which case you will be contacted as soon as possible in order to clarify the cost.

Shipping & Handling

UPS & USPS Shipping generally occurs within 1-3 business days after payment is received. If shipment is to be delayed for any reason, contact will be made as soon as possible via the email address or telephone number supplied on our website. For this reason, please supply valid contact information.

Some overseas orders may take additional shipping time. Please contact us if you require a time estimate on an overseas or international order.

Sales tax

8.625% tax applies if shipped to locations within New York.

Customer Service

Our in-shop business hours are 8am-4pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding US National Holidays. Email correspondence is also checked sporadically during non-business hours in the case of an emergency, so urgent messages should be sent electronically.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges in excellent condition within 30 days. We charge a 10% restocking fee for in-stock items and 20% restocking fee for special order items. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. Items which come under a warranty from Parts Highway are subject to the terms of that warranty above the terms of this return policy.

Be aware: You must contact a Parts Highway staff member for instructions before shipping anything back. If you do not, you risk receiving no compensation whatsoever. Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Items that have been installed, used, or altered are non-returnable.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Recipients of Gift Certificates are responsible for retaining a digital or physical copy of the certificate in order for it to remain valid.

Website Use and Saved Information

At any time, website availability may be suspended for reasons including but not limited to the following: Interruptions in hosting service, other internet issues include change of DNS, and deliberate closing of the store for website development. If an interruption in service is planned, we will make every effort to advertise that fact to our customers and current users of the website in order to give ample time to complete transactions and save information. However, we cannot be responsible for loss of information as a result of interruption of service during a transaction. If you have been interrupted in the midst of a credit card transaction, please contact us to confirm whether or not your card was charged before trying again, in order to avoid a double charge.

Parts Highway regularly backs up both its website files and database onto a secure location. If for some reason information becomes corrupted and we are unable to recover it, site users may experience loss of saved information. In such a situation, notification will be posted.

Changes in Policies, Promotions and Special Offers

Any and all policies, promotions and special offers are subject to change without notice. Changes are immediate upon publishing to the website unless otherwise stated. It is the site user's responsibility to remain educated on the current policies by reviewing our informational pages.

Expiration date of Promotions and Special Offers may be shortened or lengthened according to the judgment of Parts Highway staff members. In the rare case that we run out of stock on a promotional or sale item, a refund will be furnished. Rainchecks will not be issued.
